Sean Paul rocked the house at Sandals Ochi Beach Resort in St Ann Saturday. The Grammy-winning deejay gave a thrilling hour-long performance.
The event dubbed Mad Love: The Sean Paul VIP Experience was held in collaboration with the hotel chain.
“His performance was absolutely unbelievable. For a long time I haven’t seen so much energy on a stage. What a wonderful performance. We’re very proud to have the opportunity to present such an experience at Sandals Ocho Rios Beach Resort,” Ramel Sobrino, general manager of Sandals Ochi Beach Resort, told the Jamaica Observer.
Sobrino’s comments were supported by the large crowd of guests who jammed with Sean Paul from start to end. He opened with Baby Boy, Cheap Thrills and Bailando, then moved into Gimmie The Light, Come On To Me, and the soca-infused One Wine.
Sean Paul, who won the Grammy Award for Best Reggae Album in 2004 for Dutty Rock, is preparing to release his EP, Mad Love: The Prequel.
His last album, Full Frequency, was release in 2014.
